What is MicroSeal?
MicroSeal is a permanent stain + mould + wear & tear + sun fade protection system. Unlike other products, MicroSeal penetrates the fibres offering strength and stain protection to fibres, therefore, it doesn't need reapplying after cleaning.
MicroSeal is made with Nanotechnology & will not change the texture or colour of what it is applied to. Unlike Coaters which can cause yellowing and change fabric texture.

How do you have your rug treated?
MicroSeal is a one time treatment that we can arrange to have done in your home at a time that is suitable to you.
Simply select the size of your rug and add to your shopping cart. If the size you are after is not available, please select the size nearest.
We will have a member of the MicroSeal team contact you to arrange a day and time to treat your rug.
*The minimum charge is $200, however if you have multiple small rugs then the cost is $40 per sqm which may be less then advertised for a single small rug. Please email us at hello@rugsforgood.com.au for price enquiries and bookings.

Size Guide
Smaller areas
We recommend sizes from 160x230cm or 155x255cm.
The preference is to be able to place your feet on the rug when you are seated to provide you with maximum comfort. The rug should provide a border around the main furniture piece in your room.
Medium Areas
We recommend sizes from 190x280cm, 200x290cm or 200x300cm.
The rug should frame your space, so the preference is to have a rug large enough so that it extends beyond the length of your lounge by at least 10-20cm on each side. In a bedroom, it should extend at least 50cm out from the sides of the bed to provide a luxurious resting place for your feet when you get in and out of bed.
Larger Areas
We recommend sizes from 280x380cm or 300x400cm
In a spacious room, aim to buy a large enough rug to fit all pieces of room furniture on it. You don't want the furniture to feel cramped, so make sure there is sufficient space between the furniture items..
