We provide free shipping for all items Australia wide.*
Please allow between 1- 3 weeks for rug deliveries. Your order will be packaged and on its way to you within 3-5 business days from purchase date.
Doormats and Runner Rugs are dispatched within 1-2 business days via Australia Post. Please allow between 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
*This excludes very rural and remote areas. If you are in a rural and/or remote area, extra charges for shipping may apply. One of our staff members will be in contact with you regarding the extra rural and/or remote shipping fees if applicable. Please feel free to contact us at hello@rugsforgood.com.au if you think they may apply to your address.
**Western Australia
Occasionally we are charged extra surcharges for certain postcodes in WA by our freight companies. This would exclude your order from our free shipping policy and means we would be in contact shortly after you make your order. Unfortunately, we can no longer absorb these fees and we will need to contact you post-purchase to pass on some of the shipping charges, request you provide an alternative address we can try instead or offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
If there is no one home to sign for your rug delivery, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange Redelivery (without any additional charges), unless you have requested an 'Authority to Leave' (ATL). This means that the rug/s will be left at your home or business in a safe place if you are not home to sign for the delivery. Please note: if you provide an ATL, Rugs For Good will not be liable for any lost or stolen goods.
We also cannot ship to P.O. boxes, Parcel Collect or outside of Australia.
