Shipping
We provide free shipping across Australia* (excluding very rural and remote areas and some postcodes in WA)
*If you are in a rural and/or remote area, a small extra charge for shipping your rug may apply and you will be contacted prior to dispatch if this applies to your postcode. You may choose to accept the small fee or opt for a full refund. Please feel free to contact us via the Chat box or email hello@rugsforgood.com.au if you are concerned this may apply to your address.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, however the below timings are a rough guide:
Rugs (excluding Runners and Doormats)
- Rugs are shipped via courier (Hunter Express)
- We cannot ship rugs to P.O. Boxes or via Parcel Collect
- Please allow roughly 1-3 weeks for your rug to arrive
- Rugs are dispatched within 3-5 business days from your purchase date (except for pre-orders)
- If there is no one home to sign for your delivery, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery (no costs apply for re-delivery)
- If you have requested an 'Authority to Leave' (ATL), the rug/s will be left at your home or business in a safe place if you are not home to sign for the delivery.
- We recommend against requesting ATL, as Rugs For Good will not be liable for any lost or stolen goods with an ATL
Runner Rugs and Doormats:
- Doormats and Runner Rugs are shipped via Australia Post
- Please allow roughly 5-7 business days for your items to arrive
- Doormats and Runners are dispatched within 1-2 business days from your purchase date (except for pre-orders)
