We provide free shipping for all items Australia wide.*
Your rug purchase will be packaged and on it's way to you within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery.
If there is no one home to sign for your rug delivery, a delivery card will be left for you to arrange Redelivery (without any additional charges), unless you have requested an 'Authority to Leave' (ATL). This means that the rug/s will be left at your home or business in a safe place if you are not home to sign for the delivery. Please note: if you provide an ATL, Rugs For Good will not be liable for any lost or stolen goods.
*This excludes very rural and remote areas. If you are in a very rural and/or remote area, extra charges for shipping may apply. One of our staff members will be in contact with you regarding the extra rural and/or remote shipping fees if applicable. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you think they may apply to your address.
We also cannot ship to P.O. boxes or outside of Australia.
We want you to love the rug you buy from us and we understand that buying a rug can be a big decision. We know that it can be hard to get the style right the first time, so we will happily accept returns free of charge within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
We do not exchange, refund or accept returns on any sale items, as these are final sales.
We will arrange for the rug to be collected from your home by the freight company at our cost.
Ottomans and Wall Hangings
We provide free shipping for all ottomans and wall hangings, however, unfortunately we are unable to provide free shipping for returns. If you would like to return a wall hanging or ottoman, please email us at email@example.com for a return shipping quote, or you may arrange your own. A refund will be provided once the item has been returned. In order to receive a refund the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. Please package as well as you can, before returning.
