We cannot ship rugs to P.O. Boxes or via Parcel Collect
Please allow roughly 1-3 weeks for your rug to arrive
Rugs are dispatched within 3-5 business days from your purchase date (except for pre-orders)
If there is no one home to sign for your delivery, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery (no costs apply for re-delivery)
If you have requested an 'Authority to Leave' (ATL), the rug/s will be left at your home or business in a safe place if you are not home to sign for the delivery.
We recommend against requesting ATL, as Rugs For Good will not be liable for any lost or stolen goods with an ATL

Best rug ever - absolutely love it
We absolutely love the quality and look of our new rug. It blends so beautifully with all natural shades (greys/beiges) and is lovely and soft to walk on. We have ours on tiles and it really could do with the stickier underlay underneath it, but we'll sort that out. Love it!!!
